Marie-Hélène Rogeon, owner and creator of Parfums de Rosine Paris, is the great-granddaughter of Louis Panis, who created fragrances for Napoleon III and Paul Poiret, a pioneer of haute couture. She grew up surrounded by high-quality fragrances and perfumery ingredients from childhood. She was captivated by beautiful perfume bottles and the silk tassels that adorned them. Eventually, she decided to follow in her great-grandfather's footsteps and opened her perfume boutique, "Parfums de Rosine Paris," in the Palais-Royal in Paris 20 years ago.

Currently, she cultivates roses on her own rose garden in Picardy, a suburb of Paris, and spends much of her time lovingly tending to the roses with her family during holidays. Each year, new rose varieties are added, inspiring new fragrances.

The new "Majalis" Eau de Parfum was inspired by "Rosa Majalis," a wild rose found in the mountains of Asia. Rosa Majalis emits a cinnamon scent and is known as "Cinnamon Rose." Due to its soft and subtly alluring aroma, it is also called "Love Rose." The delicate yet spicy scent of "Cinnamon Rose" brings a bright radiance and a profound depth.
