In recent years, interest in grooming and skincare has grown among men. "Grooming" no longer refers solely to clothing and appearance.
This article introduces "Proraso" and "Tenax," grooming brands from Ludovico Martelli, an Italian company specializing in grooming items.
"Proraso" is a specialty shaving brand founded in Florence, Italy, in 1948. It is known for its wide range of products tailored to different skin types and is highly favored by popular barber shops worldwide, not just in Italy.
The product line includes three types: "REFRESH," "SENSITIVE," and "NOURISH." Each type offers shaving cream, soap, and aftershave balm.
"REFRESH" is for normal skin types. It gently conditions the skin while preventing dryness. It provides a refreshing sensation along with the classic scent of menthol and eucalyptus.

And "NOURISH" is for dry skin types. It is recommended for those with thick, coarse beards or those who prefer a close shave. It softens and conditions the beard, enabling a smooth shave. The scent is a sophisticated sandalwood, evoking a sense of masculine elegance.
The classic packaging design is also a key appeal. It promises to make grooming time more enjoyable.
A Hair Grooming Brand for a Richer Hair Lifestyle

Tenax, launched in 2017 by Ludovico Martelli, is a new hair series. It features two types of pomades and a hair cream with unprecedented textures and scents, along with a menthol-infused hair shampoo for a refreshing feel.
The pomades are water-based, offering a light, easy-to-manage texture. They wash out easily with shampoo, minimizing damage to the scalp and hair. The scents are a sophisticated blend of fresh citrus notes like lavender, mint, and bergamot, combined with elegant sandalwood.
The shampoo features a fresh, invigorating menthol scent. Gentle massage during use stimulates the scalp, leading to lustrous, manageable hair.
The packaging features the brand's symbol, the rhinoceros. This symbolizes strength and robustness, and the horn is made of keratin, the same protein that constitutes human hair.
