Chanel's Beauty Event "Le Rouge et l'Art" Held in Kyoto
CHANEL's event, "Le Rouge et l'Art," is being held for a limited time in Kyoto, a city steeped in traditional culture, from Thursday, November 17th. At the venue, the limited-edition face color palette "Lumière de Kyoto," scheduled for release on Friday, December 2nd, will be available for pre-sale.

An Event Celebrating the Color Red in Kyoto
In November, amidst the vibrant autumn foliage, a beauty event titled "Le Rouge et l'Art" is being held for a limited time in Kyoto, a city rich in traditional culture. Here, the subtle reds of Japan and the iconic reds of Chanel converge.
Within a gallery space, designed in the traditional Kyoto townhouse style and adorned in Chanel's signature red, visitors can experience various shades of the color.
Additionally, the limited-edition face color palette "Lumière de Kyoto," inspired by the light and elegance that permeate the city of Kyoto, will be available for purchase ahead of its official release on Friday, December 2nd.
"Lumière de Kyoto" is a face color palette that captures the light and grace of this timeless capital. It features a three-color composition: a highlighter, a blusher, and a blending color. The top shade, a radiant cherry blossom pink, imparts brightness and dimension when applied to the C-zone.
The middle shade, a delicate rose hue, adds a lively flush of color to the cheeks, or a subtle touch of allure to the eyes when applied to the outer corners. The bottom shade, a soft apricot tone, can be swept across the entire face to bring a luminous brightness to the complexion. Each color can be used individually, or blended together with the included brush for a customized finish.
Much like the graceful gesture of a Kyoto maiko delicately placing a floral hairpin in her hair as a final touch, "Lumière de Kyoto" creates a soft, feminine, and elegant expression. Available for pre-order exclusively at the "Le Rouge et l'Art" event from Thursday, November 17th to Wednesday, November 30th, before its official launch in stores on Friday, December 2nd.
