Isothiocyanates are primarily found in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, but extracting stable extracts rich in isothiocyanates from them has historically been very difficult. However, through our research, we have found that we can extract isothiocyanates from specific plants, and that their efficacy and stability are superior to those found in broccoli. This special plant extract not only contains a high concentration of stable isothiocyanates but also significantly enhances their bioactivity.
