The Veneto region, once the Venetian Republic, is an area where classical architecture harmoniously blends with nature. The villa and garden style, designed by the 16th-century architect Andrea Palladio, is named "Palladian style" after him. Bottega Veneta was born in this region in 1966. The new "Parco Palladiano" fragrance collection draws inspiration from this Palladian style.

Inspired by the flowers, trees, spices, and fruits grown in the villa gardens, perfumers have created six distinct scents. Each of the six fragrances, named with Roman numerals I through VI, captures a moment in time in Italy with a multi-dimensional aroma.

Parco Palladiano I
A scent reminiscent of the early morning hours at the start of the day. Based on magnolia, it captures the feeling of sitting beneath a magnolia tree, with the woody aroma of the bark and the rich, sweet fragrance of the petals.

Parco Palladiano II
Cypress is a symbol of Venice. The scent of its upward-reaching leaves is a blend of deep green notes and a stimulating, bright aroma, asserting two distinct personalities. Pink pepper is added to create a sharp contrast.

Parco Palladiano III
This recreates the air around a pear tree planted in the garden in autumn. It evokes the scene of pear fruits falling from branches and rolling onto the green grass. Fresh mint enhances the warm scent of ripe pears.

Parco Palladiano IV
This captures the sensation of a summer garden where scents rise from the sun-drenched grounds. Azalea, rarely used in perfumery, is featured. A smooth aroma, bathed in sunlight, unfolds, while calming notes accentuate the essence of an Italian summer.

Parco Palladiano V
This evokes an image of a midday stroll through the villa's herb garden. It blends the refreshing scent of bay laurel with the robust aroma of rosemary and the soft notes of sage.

Parco Palladiano VI
This expresses the scent just before a rose garden reaches its full bloom after a day of sunshine. It centers on a sensual, spicy aroma, blending the rich fragrance of roses with the warm, woody notes of wooden furniture.

Beyond the fragrances, the bottle design also showcases Bottega Veneta's signature Intrecciato weave. This distinctive hand-crafted leather weaving technique reflects a discreet and sophisticated aesthetic sensibility. The pattern signifies Italian craftsmanship while embodying the traditions rooted in this land.
