THREE will release a limited edition collaborative lip gloss with the international cooperation movement "White Ribbon" on April 6th (Wednesday). 1000 yen from each lip gloss sold will be donated to supportthe Great East Japan Earthquakevictims.

Supporting Through Empowering Women's Beauty

The White Ribbon movement is an international initiative dedicated to protecting the lives and health of pregnant and nursing women worldwide. Although its activities in Japan only began last year, THREE has been a supporter since the movement's inception. In response to the recent earthquake, the brand decided to release a special color of its popular lip gloss to support women affected by the disaster by enhancing their beauty.

The lip gloss color is named "Precious Treasure," a special shade created for this collaboration with the White Ribbon movement. It is designed to celebrate women who possess, nurture, and bring forth their own "precious treasures" at all times, signifying a highly specific form of support.

The donations will be channeled through the NGO JOICFP, a participant in the White Ribbon movement, to provide sanitary products, underwear, and diapers to women in the disaster-affected regions, as well as fund free medical check-ups by midwives. Furthermore, funds will also be allocated to cover living and medical expenses for pregnant women who have evacuated from areas surrounding the Fukushima nuclear power plant to other prefectures.
