As the season of blooming roses fills the air with excitement, the fragrance house L’Artisan Parfumeur introduces its new fragrance, "Rose Privée," launching on Wednesday, May 20th. To commemorate the release of this new scent, a collaboration with Rose Bakery has been arranged.

An Afternoon Tea Celebrating Early Summer Roses

Following the collaboration between L’Artisan Parfumeur in France and Le Bon Marché's "Rose Bakery," a special event focused on "roses" is now realized in Japan. From Wednesday, May 20th to Tuesday, June 30th, Rose Bakery Ginza will be bathed in a rosy hue.

The menu features three exquisite items: Rose Panna Cotta with Almond and Pistachio Tuile, Raspberry and Blueberry Pavlova with Rose Cream and Raspberry Sauce, and Ricotta Cheesecake with Fruit Salad and Rose-Flavored Yogurt. Each dish offers a delicate rose aroma, with a balanced sweetness enhanced by the tartness of berries and the saltiness of nuts. Much like L’Artisan Parfumeur's fragrances, these creations allow for a full appreciation of harmonious flavors, designed for a sophisticated palate.

During this period, the Rose Panna Cotta with Almond and Pistachio Tuile will also be available at Rose Bakery Isetan Shinjuku.

An Early Summer Moment to Experience the Elegant World of Roses

Rose Bakery was opened in 2002 in the 9th arrondissement of Paris by the British couple Rose Carrarini and Jean-Charles. While called a bakery, it is not merely a place for bread, but a establishment offering homemade dishes and pastries. At Rose Bakery in Japan, they use abundant fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables delivered daily, preparing savory dishes and pastries by hand, and carefully selecting ingredients to recreate the authentic French flavors as closely as possible.

The fragrance "Rose Privée" is a new Eau de Parfum that pays homage to the "Rose de Mai" (May Rose), a symbolic flower of Grasse, the mecca of perfumery in the South of France. It is the result of an exceptional collaboration between master perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour and his protégé Stéphanie Bakouche.
