This summer, shu-uemura unveils "gem glam," a collection exuding the mystical radiance of gemstones. Launching June 1st (Tuesday), the items are like a jewelry box filled with sparkling beauty.

Gemstones, timeless symbols of nature, power, and desire, have captivated people across eras. The brilliant, clear colors of precious stones like sapphire, emerald, ruby, and diamond continue to enchant women worldwide. Inspired by this gemstone radiance, shu-uemura presents the "gem glam" collection. First, let's explore the innovative multi-color ensembles.
The pressed powder, "Flawless Glow Powder Radiance," is striking in its design. Eight colors—purple, beige, green, gold, and more—are arranged seemingly at random, yet with meticulous calculation. This powder suits every skin tone. Used with the upper layer as a translucent highlight and the lower layer as a natural shading, it creates a healthy glow while concealing imperfections, effortlessly revealing the transparency and dimension of a raw gemstone.
The collection's special case is also captivating. Gemstones depicted on a white background shimmer in the light, resembling real diamonds. As a limited edition, it's a must-have.
Next, shu-uemura's signature "Pressed Eye Shadow N" features a new "Glitter (G)" texture for luxurious shine, available in four shades: Silver, Gold, Bronze, and White Rainbow. Large glitters are generously embedded within a colorless base. Inspired by the delicate cuts, reflections, and spectrums of gemstones, this glitter texture expands the possibilities of metallic finishes and is sure to become a staple for eye makeup.

From the popular "Cream Eye Shadow," known for its easy blending, long-lasting wear, and beautiful finish, come two new shades and two limited editions. Ivory, which pairs well with any color; feminine Lavender Purple; elegant and sexy Pink; and a matte, delicate Brown—all are highly versatile shades. Layering glitter on top of these colors allows for easy creation of gemstone-like gradations.
Once the sparkling eyes are complete, it's time to enhance the lips. The new shades of "Vinyl Unlimited" lip gloss, which creates smooth, glossy lips with excellent coating power, include three sweet colors in pink, orange, and beige tones. Deeply lustrous lips, like polished gemstones, add dimension to the face and further accentuate the sparkle of the eyes.
