EAT | Experience the Profound World of Beer at Spring Valley Brewery Tokyo in Daikanyama Gallery

Interior of SPRING VALLEY BREWERY TOKYO
Japan's first transparent glass brewing equipment, allowing a view into the process of boiling malt to create wort.
Offers a "Pairing Set" (from ¥600) with a beer flight of six types of beer and six accompanying snacks, each tailored to a specific beer.
In the spirit of "Farm to Table," this salad highlights the freshness of Western kale and colorful seasonal vegetables delivered directly from contract farmers. Photo shows "Kale Salad" (Half ¥800 / Full ¥1400).
A special charcuterie plate (3 types ¥1000 / 5 types ¥1800) featuring chef-selected hams, salami, and pâtés and rillettes made with SVB beer.
House-smoked using hickory from the southern coast of Michigan, USA. The smoking temperature and time are adjusted for each ingredient to enhance its flavor. Photo shows "House-Made Bacon" (¥1100).
Features a broiler oven from MONTAGUE, favored by US steak houses. Grilled dishes are cooked at 900°C to seal in the meat's natural juices. Photo shows "T-Bone Steak" (¥9800).
Pizzas use a dough made from a blend of three types of Caputo flour, favored by Neapolitan pizzaiolos, topped with ingredients that pair well with beer. Photo shows "Marinara" (¥1600), featuring oil-sardines from Hokkaido, flavored with herbs like oregano and fennel.
