EAT | New Honey Brand "BEE my HONEY" is Born

BEE my HONEY 'Honey Cinnamon,' made with fruity Vietnamese lychee honey infused with select cinnamon sticks and powder. This aromatic honey can be spread on toast or mixed with milk or soy milk for a cocoa-like drink. ¥900 (140g)
BEE my HONEY 'Honey Herb,' a blend of Japanese multi-flower honey with dill, lemongrass, and mint from Oita Prefecture. This fragrant honey can be spread on toast, used as a marinade, or simply drizzled over fish, cheese, or prosciutto to enhance their flavor. It also pairs wonderfully with rum for a mojito. ¥900 (140g)
BEE my HONEY 'Honey Spice Lemonade,' a sophisticated lemonade made with fruity Vietnamese lychee honey, Japanese lemon, and a blend of select spices. Dilute with water or sparkling water, or mix with beer or sparkling wine for a delightful aperitif. It can also be added to tea for a spiced tea or mixed with milk or soy milk for a chai-like beverage. ¥1,300 (500ml)
BEE my HONEY 'Honey Pepper,' a combination of Japanese multi-flower honey with Malaysian black pepper from Mukai Chinmi-do, a purveyor of select natural ingredients. The subtle kick of black pepper adds a delightful accent to cheese and prosciutto, as well as potage soups. It also makes a wonderful appetizer when drizzled over cut seasonal fruits and cheese. ¥900 (140g)
BEE my HONEY 'Honey Salt,' a blend of Japanese multi-flower honey with crystal salt from Kakeroma Island in the Amami archipelago, Kagoshima Prefecture, known for its mineral richness. The savory notes of the sea salt enhance the honey's sweetness, making it perfect for pancakes and French toast. It can also be used to marinate and grill meats, or in dishes like nasu dengaku (detailed recipe on the website). ¥900 (140g)
BEE my HONEY 'Honey Vinegar,' a blend of Japanese multi-flower honey with pure rice Fuji vinegar from Iio Jozo. Enjoy it diluted with water or sparkling water, or add it to beer for a unique beer cocktail. It can also be used as sushi vinegar by adding a tenth of its volume in salt, or mixed with an equal amount of oil and a pinch of salt to create a simple French dressing. ¥1,200 (200ml)
