The "YK-T" charcoal grill roaster, jointly developed by long-established kitchenware store Kamaasa Shoten and Sumibiyaki Yuji.

Designed for easy removal and switching of the grill net and griddle into a single unit.

During the prototype stage, heat would transfer too much to the bottom of the roaster, sometimes scorching the table. After repeated testing, a roaster that could safely and deliciously grill meat and offal was completed.

The completed collaboration T-shirt, "THE YAKINIKU TEE"

Loopwheeler's design merges with the Sumibiyaki Yuji mark.
