Shinko Scissors Factory | Over 57 years crafting traditional Japanese scissors. Fewer than five artisans nationwide perform every step from forging to shaping by hand. The only artisan in Sanjo City crafts scissors like the 'Morimachi' (sharp-tipped), 'Nagaba' (for fabric cutting), 'Ken-gata' (for needlework), and 'Amikiri' (for net repair), favored by professionals. During the festival, guided walks through the Kaji-cho district are offered.

Kondo Manufacturing | Founded over 100 years ago as a local blacksmith ('Gorokichi' as its trade name) serving nearby farmers, the company has passed down its expertise in specialized hoe forging through generations. They offer custom orders tailored to regional needs and individual requests, as well as repair and restoration of tools. Their philosophy is 'Good tools mean good workability,' aiming for quality that truly shines with use. During the festival, demonstrations and practice sessions on hoe usage will be held.

Gyokusendo | A long-established maker of 'Tsuiki' hammered copperware, the foundation of Tsubame's metal industry. Since its founding in 1816, it has produced over 300 'Tsuiki' artisans. Each piece is hammered from a single copper sheet by artisans, fitting comfortably in hand with age and developing a rich luster. They have many fans through live demonstrations at department stores nationwide. The building is a registered Tangible Cultural Property. During the festival, a 'guinomi' (sake cup) making experience with 'Tsuiki' copperware will be offered.

Sakuma Foods | Founded in 1954. They manufacture and sell tofu, fried tofu, soy milk, desserts, and sweets using carefully selected soybeans, primarily Niigata-grown 'Enrei'. While valuing the skill of artisans who utilize excellent ingredients and environment, they deliver tofu filled with happiness that brings smiles with the first bite, saying 'Delicious!' During the festival, a 'Simple Tofu Making' session will be held.
Snow Peak | An outdoor equipment manufacturer proposing a nature-oriented lifestyle. Founder Yukio Yamai, an avid climber who started as a hardware wholesaler in 1958, began developing user-friendly and reliable climbing gear. The company inherits his spirit: 'Quality refined through thorough user-centric development and field testing.' During the festival, an eco-craft workshop will be held.
