LOUIS VUITTON | Watch & Fine Jewelry Salon Opens at Ginza Namiki Dori Store Gallery

LOUIS VUITTON A salon for watches and fine jewelry has opened at the Ginza Namiki-dori store.
LOUIS VUITTON On the second floor, exquisite jewelry is displayed alongside fine leather goods crafted from rare materials, with a new bridal space also established. Complementing the interior, carefully selected contemporary artworks by Japanese, Korean, and British artists are also exhibited.
LOUIS VUITTON The chic, contemporary interior, incorporating Japanese elements throughout, was designed by French designer Gwenael Nicolas.
LOUIS VUITTON 'Tambour Automatic Chronograph Vol II' (Case diameter 44mm) ¥819,000

Following the "Tambour Automatic Chronograph Vol" with its "fly-back" function, first introduced in 2011, the "Tambour Automatic Chronograph Vol II" also features a fly-back function and is characterized by its powerful design. The runway-inspired black dial and two sub-dials (30-minute and small seconds counters) evoke 1960s military chronographs. While all time displays are unified in shiny black stainless steel, the measuring tools are a vibrant yellow. Yellow is a color deeply connected to Louis Vuitton's history, seen in the stitching of its leather goods, and is also widely used in aviation. This chronograph, with its dual circular scales, resembles an aircraft cockpit radar. It is powered by the automatic LV137 caliber, manufactured in the workshops of Dubois Dépraz in Switzerland. It offers a 42-hour power reserve and uniquely places the date display between 4 and 5 o'clock. Limited to 888 pieces, each with a serial number.
LOUIS VUITTON 'Tambour Automatic Chronograph Voile II' (Case diameter 44mm) ¥819,000

The "Tambour Automatic Chronograph Voile II," a new second model following the "Tambour Automatic Chronograph Voile" with its tachymeter function, first introduced in 2011. The sporty yet sophisticated design features a grey dial inspired by the dashboards of 1970s sports cars, retaining a vintage feel while exuding a contemporary atmosphere. Its functional beauty is highlighted by the small red central hand indicating the chronograph's elapsed time and a triple-circular tachymeter scale for accurate measurement of average speed over one kilometer. While standard tachymeters cannot measure average speeds below 60 km/h, Louis Vuitton developed a triple-circular scale to enable measurement of speeds as low as 20 km/h. This high-performance watch, instantly transporting the wearer to the world of car racing, is equipped with the automatic LV168 caliber, manufactured in the workshops of Dubois Dépraz in Switzerland. It offers a 42-hour power reserve and is limited to 888 pieces with serial numbers. The pink gold version is limited to 88 pieces.
LOUIS VUITTON 'Tambour Forever Black & White' Small (Case diameter 28mm) ¥703,500, Medium (Case diameter 34mm) ¥751,800

New models from the popular "Tambour Forever" collection, first launched in 2006, the "Tambour Forever Black & White" collection features a trendy monochrome black or white design, accented by the sparkling Monogram Flower and diamonds on the dial. The popular Monogram Vernis strap adds a touch of glamour and lightness to any outfit.
LOUIS VUITTON 'Pendentif Monogram Idylle Trois Coeurs' ¥263,550

Since its launch in Spring 2012, the "Monogram Idylle" collection has been popular for its delicate Monogram motif. The design, featuring a balanced arrangement of yellow, pink, and white gold, adds elegance and radiance as an accent to any outfit. The key motif on the new necklace is inspired by the keys of Louis Vuitton's historic hard trunks. It embodies sentiments such as "protecting precious things" and "unlocking the heart," making it an item to wear always, as a gift for a loved one or as a personal talisman.
LOUIS VUITTON 'Bague Ardente' Ring [PT x Diamond] ¥3,738,000 each

"Ardente," added to Louis Vuitton's jewelry collection in 2008, features Louis Vuitton cut diamonds shaped into the brand's iconic Monogram Flower and Monogram Star. This collection encapsulates the brand's exquisite craftsmanship and sophisticated design. The daring challenge, both in design and technique, lies in cutting diamonds into the shapes of rounded petals and sharp stars. While a standard brilliant cut has 58 facets, the Louis Vuitton Star cut has 65, and the Louis Vuitton Flower cut has 77 facets, maximizing the diamond's sparkle. This collection establishes the brand's identity in the world of high jewelry.
LOUIS VUITTON 'Ardente' Collection. From left: Headband [WG x Diamond] ¥5,407,500, Brooch [WG x Diamond] ¥1,884,750

The "Ardente" collection showcases the pinnacle of craftsmanship, with jewelers acting as both artists and sculptors, achieving a perfect finish. Now in its fourth year since its launch, the collection has been enhanced with new pieces such as brooches and headbands, becoming even more captivating. The narrative woven by these rare jewels marks the dawn of a new era.
