EVENT | A Week of Taste, Sharing Deliciousness with Children, Kicks Off Again This Year! Gallery

<strong>A Week of Taste</strong> The French-derived food education initiative, "A Week of Taste," begins again this year from Monday, October 22nd to Sunday, October 28th. In its second year, the event will feature "Hotel de Mikuni" owner and chef Seizo Mikuni holding classes in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, which was affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake. In Kyoto, chefs from renowned restaurants will teach children the importance of traditional foods in "Taste Lessons."
