Use the detox blend essential oil "Pure & Slim". Diluting it with massage oil "Basic Sense" allows for a more comfortable massage.
Take about 10 drops of Pure & Slim in your hand, and apply it to your entire abdomen, starting from around the navel and drawing circles clockwise.
From the left side of your waist towards the Tanden, press and move forward with your left palm. Apply pressure as if pushing about 3cm into your abdomen, with your right hand layered on top.
The finishing point is the Tanden, located about 5cm below the navel. If you feel any hardened areas while pushing, it may indicate accumulated waste. Next, perform the same on the right side of your waist.
After finishing both sides, place both hands in front. From the solar plexus towards the Tanden, press down lightly in a straight line.
Finish at the Tanden. Perform this sequence three times, morning and night. For the entire process, exhaling while applying pressure enhances effectiveness.
