At Yukawa Tan, "Apero in the Forest" is served year-round. It's an otherworldly experience, as if you've wandered into a fairy tale.

The moisture in the ingredients vaporizes with heat, causing the "vessy" to inflate. I saw this for the first time myself. It was astonishing.
