Ganache Onion Caramélisé: The sweet and sour flavor of onion combined with figs caramelized in balsamic vinegar.
Ganache Poivron Rouge: A dark ganache featuring the mellow umami of stewed red bell pepper, tasting like a hybrid of fruit and vegetable.
Praliné Olive Noir: Beginning with the elegant notes of olive oil, it concludes with a rich praline of finely chopped black olives and nuts.
