Bio-hotel "YASUESOU," Surrounded by Chamomile, Reopens | YASUESOU Gallery

Exterior walls, interior finishes, and furniture use Akamatsu pine from Ikeda Town and Sugi cedar from Nagano Prefecture. It feels as if you are connected to nature, even while indoors.
Meals are gentle on the body, with no chemical seasonings or additives.
Freshly harvested organic vegetables grown in our own farm, just behind the building.
A communal kitchen is also available, where cooking class workshops are held.
Bath amenities are skincare products from Kamitsu-ren.
A hotel located in Ikeda Town, Kitaazumi District, Nagano Prefecture. Approximately 4 hours by car from Tokyo.
Bedding made from 100% organic cotton. Safe even for those with allergies.
Surrounded by approximately 7000 tsubo (about 2.3 hectares) of organic JAS certified chamomile fields.
