A Watch Designed for Pilots

Longines has released the "Longines Avigation Type A-7 1935," a 41mm pilot’s watch inspired by a 1935 model.
A distinctive feature of this timepiece is its dial, angled 40 degrees to the right. This design was conceived so that pilots could easily read the dial when worn on the inside of the wrist, without having to move their hands while gripping the controls.
The indices are coated with Super-LumiNova®, ensuring excellent legibility even at night. This model is equipped with the L788 column-wheel chronograph movement, a single-pusher system, and features an engraving of an airplane on the case back.
