A New Grand Seiko Service Program Launches for Products Purchased at Authorized Retailers Worldwide
Seiko Watch Corporation has introduced a new after-sales service program for Grand Seiko, which began on October 1, 2021.

Strengthening the System for Generations of Grand Seiko Enjoyment
There are two major changes in this after-sales service program: the warranty period has been extended to five years, and the warranty card has been digitized.
The warranty period has been extended from three years to five years to ensure that owners feel a sense of joy, security, and high convenience. As before, the warranty covers not only the watch case and movement but also the metal bracelet.
By digitizing and managing warranty information, we aim to provide accurate and prompt after-sales service, fostering a long-term, strong relationship of trust with our customers. To enable Grand Seiko timepieces to be cherished for generations, we are establishing and strengthening a system where repair technicians with high expertise and skills can perform repairs over extended periods.
Although the new after-sales service program began on October 1st, the warranty period for those who purchased a Grand Seiko between January 1, 2021, and September 30, 2021, will also be extended to five years.
