A New Interpretation of Chaumet's First Sports Watch
Launched in 1998, the "Class One" sports watch was an iconic timepiece for the Maison, revolutionizing the industry with its pioneering design that combined stainless steel, diamonds, and rubber.
For this new release, Chaumet has partnered with Loris Cecchini, an artist known for capturing the form and movement of water. Drawing inspiration from his "Wall Wave Vibration" series, which expresses the undulation of flowing water, he has created a unique and elegant monochrome "Class One."
The design features a dial where the volume of water and light reflection come alive against a mother-of-pearl and satin-finished sunburst background, reminiscent of lace. The water motif also elegantly overlaps the white calfskin strap, a detail not to be missed.
This model, with its case sculpted to evoke the shimmering of water, is presented in a bundle designed and signed by the artist himself. As a collector's item, it is strictly limited to 300 pieces, each engraved with a serial number.
