BRAND HISTORY

Dunhill is a familiar British brand, cherished by gentlemen worldwide for its extensive range of items including leather goods, pens, cufflinks, and menswear. Originally manufacturing accessories and apparel for motorists, the company's first foray into timepieces was the "Dashboard Clock."

Dunhill produced its first wristwatch in 1936 and has since actively developed its timepiece collection. In '93, as part of the "Centenary Series" commemorating its 100th anniversary, the brand revived the iconic "Facet Watch" first released in '36. In '99, it created the limited edition "Longitude" to mark the millennium. Dunhill has consistently unveiled timepiece collections at key moments.
From 2004, Dunhill made a witty and groundbreaking choice by appointing Tom Bolt, the proprietor of the popular vintage watch dealer "Watch Guru," as its watch designer. Alongside popular existing models, numerous distinctive timepieces were added, such as the "Wheel Watch" and "Palace Stone," revealing new facets of Dunhill's appeal.
