Ralph Lauren Watches Make a Dazzling Debut in Japan!
This year, 2009, marks the debut of "Ralph Lauren" timepieces, which were first unveiled at the SIHH in Switzerland. As of September 1st, their launch in Japan has finally begun. This is the first expansion in Asia, following openings in London, Paris, Cannes, and St. Moritz.
To commemorate the first launch in Japan, a cocktail party was held on August 27th at "Ralph Lauren Omotesando." The event was hosted by three individuals: Guy Chatillon, CEO of "Ralph Lauren Watch & Jewelry"; Edward Roche, President of "Polo Ralph Lauren kk"; and Masafumi Suzuki, Editor-in-Chief of "ENGINE."
Ralph Lauren's watch offerings comprise three collections: "Stirrup," "Slim Classique," and "Sporting." Showcasing luxury in diverse forms, from classic to unique styles, Ralph Lauren watches were spectacularly displayed throughout the boutique on this day, adorning walls and tower windows. The timepieces, featuring movements from Piaget, IWC, and Jaeger-LeCoultre manufactured exclusively for Ralph Lauren, have garnered a devoted following. Guests were seen admiring and handling the watches, fully appreciating the craftsmanship of Ralph Lauren's horological creations.

Future plans include expansion not only at the Omotesando boutique but also in department stores and specialty shops. Globally, launches are anticipated in Milan, New York, and Hong Kong. Ralph Lauren watches, which have garnered significant anticipation since their announcement this spring, are poised for further success. Expectations are high for their future endeavors.
