For Christmas 2010, Boucheron presents a collection of exquisite jewelry designed to enrich life with delicious beauty. Under the theme "Gift Makes Life Delicious," the brand introduces sweet and chic, bitter and sweet jewels. The "Quatre" collection embodies Boucheron's unique identity with its bitter radiance of chocolate gold. The "Tentation Macaron" collection offers sweet sparkle, shaped like macarons with a glimpse of filling peeking through a bite mark. Two popular collections, centered around the theme of sweets, will see new, Japan-exclusive releases.

The Deep Radiance of "Quatre" Born from Four Golds

The "Quatre" collection, meaning "four" in French, is an iconic Boucheron creation, often referred to as an "eternal classic." This best-selling collection is celebrated for its innovative design, skillfully combining Boucheron's unique four motifs and four golds, a testament to their mastery of gold craftsmanship.

Each of the four golds carries a distinct sentiment: yellow gold for "shining vows," pink gold for "sensual allure," white gold for "universal love," and chocolate gold for "enjoying deliciousness." Each evokes a wonderful moment in life, their fusion symbolizing eternity. New pendants and rings from this iconic collection will be released exclusively in Japan.

The pendant top features a stylish plate design, reminiscent of the case of Boucheron's iconic "Reflet" watch, with four golds in different motifs arranged harmoniously. This design pioneers a new style for "Quatre." The yellow gold chain is equipped with an adjustable clasp, allowing for wear at three different lengths to suit your style or mood. With the bittersweet effect of chocolate gold, this new piece exudes a captivating presence that enhances the wearer's charm, regardless of gender. It is poised to become a new "eternal classic," transcending age and gender.

This new "Quatre" ring is a limited edition in terms of quantity and retail locations. It features brown diamonds set within the white gold portion of the "Quatre" ring, with a unique gradient created by two layers of chocolate gold. This piece will be available for pre-sale at an event held at Isetan Shinjuku Main Building 1F The Stage, starting November 10th.

The "Tentation Macaron" Collection: Jewels Filled with Adorable Sparkle and Delicious Joy

First unveiled in 2009, Boucheron's "Tentation Macaron" collection garnered significant acclaim for its original concept and exquisite craftsmanship. This collection transforms colorful, round, Parisian-inspired macarons—symbols of French "gourmandise"—into jewels brimming with sweet, luscious, and delectable charm. Tiny bite marks reveal glimpses of gem-filled centers. In Spring 2010, bite-sized mini macarons were introduced, offering delightful options for individual wear or stackable combinations.

New additions to the "Tentation Macaron" collection will also be launched exclusively in Japan for Christmas. This collection is designed for independent women who indulge in sweet desires. The latest creations feature new diamond "flavors" that radiate a gorgeous sparkle amidst their sweetness. Meticulously set by skilled artisans, the contrast with black sapphires, representing the macaron's filling, further enhances the brilliance of diamonds selected under stringent criteria, creating an astonishingly dazzling light.
