An Elegant Piece with a Pink Gold Case
The "Girard-Perregaux 1966" was born as an homage to the Gyrotron, a movement developed in-house by Girard-Perregaux in 1966 that beats at 36,000 vibrations per hour. A new model in this series has now been released, equipped with a dual time function.
Dual time refers to a function that displays the time in two different regions simultaneously, highly convenient for travelers. Furthermore, this model is characterized by its easy adjustment of the home time using two push-buttons located above and below the crown.
Local time is indicated by two leaf-shaped hands. The hands are treated with luminous material, ensuring legibility even in darkness. A red hand displays the home time, with a 24-hour cycle represented around the dial. The date display is conveniently located at the 6 o'clock position.
The refined 40mm case is crafted from pink gold. Available with two dial variations, the off-white dial is paired with a brown alligator strap, while the charcoal grey dial comes with a black alligator strap.
