BRAND HISTORY
Dunhill is a familiar British brand, loved by gentlemen worldwide for its extensive range of items including small leather goods, pens, cufflinks, and menswear. The company originally produced accessories and clothing for automobile drivers, and its first watch was a "dashboard clock."
Dunhill produced its first wristwatch in 1936 and has since actively developed its watch collections. In '93, as part of the "Centenary Series" commemorating its 100th anniversary, they revived the masterpiece "Facet Watch" first released in '36. In '99, they created the limited edition "Longitude" to mark the millennium, continuing to release watch collections at key moments.
From 2004, Dunhill made a witty and groundbreaking appointment by bringing in Tom Bolt, an antique watch dealer and founder of the popular website "Watch Guru," as a watch designer. In addition to existing popular models, many distinctive watches that reveal Dunhill's new charm, such as the "Wheel Watch" and "Parody-Stone," were added.
