Also Noted as a Major Fashion Event
The Prix de Diane Longines, with origins dating back to 1843, remains a vibrant cultural hub for gentlemen and ladies, a traditional international race where elegance thrives. On Sunday, June 16th, the race day held at the Chantilly Racecourse in France will feature nine exciting flat races with a focus on elegance. The racecourse, set against the backdrop of the magnificent Château de Chantilly, is an ideal space that embodies the refined style and elegance Longines represents.
The Prix de Diane Longines is also recognized as a major fashion event, attracting elegantly dressed ladies adorned with elaborate hats and outfits each year. Among them, one lady will be selected as "Mademoiselle Diane Longines," the most elegant attendee, and will receive the "Longines Award for Elegance" from Longines Elegance Ambassador, actor Simon Baker.
Furthermore, the brand unveils its new "Conquest Classic" collection, a fitting new line for the winners of this prestigious horse race. With a beautiful contrast of stainless steel and rose gold, 30 diamonds on the bezel, and diamond indexes on a mother-of-pearl dial, it offers a luxurious finish. The elegance exuded by this timepiece is sure to captivate attendees at one of the world's most esteemed flat races.
Longines also serves as the presenter for the "Longines Future Racing Stars" race, now in its second year, which supports and nurtures promising young jockeys from nine European countries including France, the UK, and Germany.
Beyond the races themselves, the glamorous fashion displayed by the attending ladies is also a highlight.
