Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel Celebrates 30th Anniversary with "All Sheraton Buffet"

At "Grand Cafe," the buffet dining restaurant of Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, the "All Sheraton Buffet" will be held from Monday, April 9 to Friday, April 27, 2018.

Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel will celebrate its 30th anniversary on Saturday, April 14, 2018. To commemorate this, the "All Sheraton Buffet" will feature a rotating menu of dishes made with various ingredients from different regions, created by chefs from nine Sheraton hotels across Japan.

Signature Dishes from Chefs Across Nine Prefectures

From Hokkaido, "Hokkai-yaki Scallops" will be served – scallops baked in an egg cream sauce, topped with a thickened sauce made from the flavorful scallop broth. From Okinawa, "Rafute (Braised Pork Belly)" will be offered, featuring Yanbaru Agu pork, known for its high quality and sweetness, enjoyed with a yomogi (mugwort) puree and island chili oil.
Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel will present its popular roast beef, seasoned with Maihama herbs and salt. In total, signature dishes from chefs representing nine prefectures nationwide, including Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Kobe, Hiroshima, and Miyazaki, will be gathered.
