First book by fashion director Mitsunori Aoyagi, "The Gentleman's Guide to Style: A Compendium," released.

Fashion director Mitsunori Aoyagi, who has a long-standing relationship with men's fashion, including editorial work, will release his first book, "The Gentleman's Guide to Style: A Compendium," in early June.

Mr. Aoyagi, who hails from the editorial department of "Danshi Senka," Japan's oldest men's fashion magazine, has been active as a freelance stylist, writer, editor, and director since 1983.

Based on a certain conclusion he has cultivated through his extensive experience, this book is a "rulebook for men to enjoy fashion," explaining the basics, practical applications, and advanced techniques.

Unlike traditional rulebooks, the pages are written from a new perspective, blending essays based on Mr. Aoyagi's personal experiences with the essence of fashion magazines.

Lavishly illustrated with color pages, it showcases numerous stylings personally curated by Mr. Aoyagi, making it a book that can be enjoyed by a wide range of readers, from beginners looking to enjoy fashion to devoted enthusiasts.
