La Maison du Chocolat Launches "Bien-Être," a Chocolate Free of Animal Fats and Proteins

From La Maison du Chocolat, creators of exquisite chocolates since 1977, comes "Bien-Être," crafted in an entirely new way and available at all La Maison du Chocolat boutiques starting mid-June 2018.

Chef Pâtissier Chocolatier Nicolas Cloiseau was inspired by Dr. Thierry H. Hertog's research on the abundant nutrients found in fruits and vegetables to create this chocolate, free of animal fats and proteins.

Meaning "well-being" in French, "Bien-Être" is a collection of five recipes designed to delight both body and soul, without compromising on taste.

Why not indulge in the joyous flavors of this revolutionary chocolate, created by MOF Chocolatier Nicolas Cloiseau, that challenges the very definition of chocolate?
