From "KitKat Chocolatory," a specialty store for premium KitKats, comes "KitKat Chocolatory Whisky Barrel Aged," made with cacao aged for 180 days in whisky barrels, available in limited quantities from December 15th.

The new "KitKat Chocolatory Whisky Barrel Aged" is an "aged chocolate" made with a new process, using cacao nibs that have been aged for 180 days in whisky barrels, turned by hand once a week.
This is a KitKat for adults, featuring a delicate hint of whisky aroma in the bitter chocolate, in addition to the signature crisp texture of KitKat.
Experience the unique smoky, peaty flavor derived from barrels nurtured by the timeless nature of Islay, an island floating off the west coast of Scotland, known as the heartland of whisky. This product allows you to enjoy a luxurious moment with a foreign aroma, even while staying at home.
This is the first "KitKat Chocolatory" product to be made with overseas ingredients. Due to the use of rare cacao nibs, it will be sold only during the winter season.
