Palace Hotel Tokyo unveils its limited-edition winter offerings, celebrating the season with the finest seasonal ingredients.
From December 1, 2018, to February 28, 2019, Palace Hotel Tokyo will offer luxurious winter-exclusive restaurant menus featuring abundant seasonal ingredients, as well as vibrant winter-exclusive cocktails that incorporate Japanese elements into popular mojitos and punch cocktails.
At the Japanese restaurant Wadakura, guests can savor a course menu centered around fugu, a quintessential winter delicacy, or indulge in a seafood rice bowl generously topped with fresh tuna and sea urchin, alongside dishes crafted with seasonal ingredients and the finest Omi beef, known for its fine texture and subtle sweetness.
The "Fugu Course," allowing guests to fully enjoy this representative winter flavor, includes a sashimi dish artfully prepared with the delicate knife skills of a seasoned chef, offering a feast for the eyes as well.
Simultaneously, the restaurant's ambiance, infused with Japanese design elements throughout, is not to be missed.
The all-day dining restaurant "Grand Kitchen" presents a lineup of dishes that highlight the natural flavors of seasonal ingredients, such as the "Daisen Chicken Thigh Fricassée," a piping hot cocotte dish slow-cooked to bring out the mellow, rich taste of Daisen chicken, and the "Lobster and Colorful Vegetable Terrine," accented by the deep hues of seasonal vegetables.
The open and vibrant space, filled with the warmth emanating from the kitchen, is perfect for gatherings with friends or colleagues during the year-end and New Year holidays.
At the lounge bar "Privé," guests can enjoy exquisite cocktails finished with a festive flair, including the "Yuzu Mojito," infused with the refreshing aroma of seasonal yuzu, and the "Kumquat and Ginger Punch Cocktail," featuring a delightful harmony of kumquat and ginger.
It is the ideal setting to spend a special moment with loved ones while gazing at the sparkling night view in an elegant and refined atmosphere.
