Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo Launches Special Dinner Plan to Commemorate its Second Anniversary

NAMIKI667, the lifestyle hotel Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo, located on Namiki-dori in Ginza, will offer the "Special 2nd Anniversary Course," a dinner plan commemorating the hotel's second anniversary, starting January 22 (Wednesday).

Special 2nd Anniversary Course

This is a dinner plan with a commemorative gift to celebrate the hotel's second anniversary. This time, carefully selected, high-quality ingredients from producers across Japan have been gathered in the heart of Ginza.
The amuse-bouche, made with tomato juice from Komori Farm in Kumamoto Prefecture – which contains no additives or preservatives and is made with just water – is followed by a மீண்டும் appearance of "Confit of Smoked Sustainable Salmon," a signature dish that was also featured in the dinner celebrating Chef Hirakawa's appointment as head chef. The "Oven-Roasted Monkfish with Leeks from Hokkaido's Ogawara Farm and Kita-akari Potatoes, with Fresh Seaweed from the Ariake Sea" is a dish designed to be enjoyed for its textural and flavor contrasts, pairing the sweet and mellow flavors of roasted and fried leeks from Hokkaido's Ogawara Farm with a sauce made from fresh seaweed supplied by Mifuku Nori, a producer from the Ariake Sea, known as the "sea of treasures." Another exquisite dish is the "Roasted Pork Shoulder Loin from Momochaton, Tanzawa Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture, with Aromatic Edo Amami Miso, Nanohana, and Pork Jus," made with Momochaton, a premium pork selected from 10,000 heads shipped annually from the farm. The charming micro-vegetables from Hatsuhara Eeno, who delivers fresh vegetables cultivated with great care, add color to the plate.
For dessert, guests can enjoy a pavlova and sherbet made with ripe yuzu juice from Kawahara Foods, who are committed to pesticide-free, in-house cultivation.
To celebrate, the plan includes a special pair of chopsticks from Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo as a gift.
