The Éclair Vanille features La Maison du Chocolat's signature choux pastry—crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside—generously filled with a vanilla cream based on white chocolate, subtly flavored with cacao nibs.

This visually delightful sweet is finished with a white chocolate glaze and a scattering of crisp meringue decorations.
