Palace Hotel Tokyo collaborates with a long-established Japanese confectionery shop. Limited edition
Palace Hotel Tokyo will offer
A refined Ginza establishment,
With a history spanning 130 years, it even appears in Natsume Soseki's novel
This marks the first collaboration between Palace Hotel Tokyo and Hikoyuki Yamaguchi, the fifth-generation successor of "Kuya," a shop that has consistently pursued innovation throughout its history.
Themed around "maru, sankaku, shikaku" (circle, triangle, square), which are often used to depict Zen philosophy, the Japanese sweets and desserts are presented in a three-tiered lacquer box.
Regarding this collaboration, Yamaguchi stated, "I want to make Japanese sweets more accessible and share them with people around the world. We aimed to create an enduring delicacy that transcends the boundaries between Japanese and Western styles."
Why not indulge in the innovative flavors presented by Palace Hotel Tokyo and the long-established Japanese confectionery shop?
