Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, offering moments to "enjoy Tokyo and relax in Tokyo," will host a limited-time "Crab Fair" at its buffet restaurant "GARDEN DINING" from January 6 (Monday) to February 29 (Saturday), where guests can fully savor crab, the quintessential winter delicacy.

The "Crab Fair" allows guests to compare various types of crab, including snow crab, red snow crab, and edible crabs, in a buffet style. The annual "all-you-can-eat snow crab" offers a firm, plump texture and the natural sweetness of crab, enhanced this year with a colorful array of sauces. Guests can freely choose from four options: spicy Thai-style Sriracha, classic crab vinegar essential for enjoying crab, soy sauce koji that brings out umami with the power of koji, and a rich ketchup-based cocktail sauce.

Furthermore, guests can fully enjoy the distinct flavors of each crab variety with dishes such as "Red Snow Crab Cream Pasta," which highlights the sweetness of red snow crab; "Crab Gratin Curry Flavor," packed with substantial crab meat; and "Spicy Fried Edible Crab with Ethnic Flavor," featuring crispy fried edible crabs with their rich flavor. New additions inspired by Basque cuisine, a beloved regional specialty, include "Baked Basque-style Crab Tart" and "Crab Miso Flavored Pilaf," whose rich, concentrated crab flavor is addictively delicious, offering a luxurious crab-filled experience.
