The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the establishment of the new normal and diversified values. While many people are reflecting on their lives, thinking "I can't go on like this" or "I want to change how I live and work," a significant number are unable to take the first step.
This project aims to realize a society where everyone can live and work authentically, by supporting those who wish to change, providing skills to navigate the times regardless of race, nationality, age, or gender, and respecting and coexisting with diverse values.

About the Value Proposition SELFing
We live in an era where diverse values are recognized, encompassing ways of working, daily life, and even ways of thinking. One's authentic way of life begins with envisioning the "self one wants to become." How does one achieve that "desired self"? By charting a course and moving forward. With each step, the world one sees and the feelings one experiences gradually change, revealing the next "desired self." This process of self-discovery and development, and the resulting contribution to society, is what Human calls "SELFing." SELFing is the value that Human offers to all its stakeholders. It is the cycle of giving form to one's individuality.
