New York's quintessential DJ, Danny Krivit, visits Japan for an album release tour.
This year marks Danny Krivit's 48th year since he began his career as a DJ.
In 1979, he served as the opening and main DJ at Roxy for four years, after which he graced legendary clubs that defined eras, such as Studio 54, The Choice, The Loft, Shelter, and Sound Factory Bar.
Then, the party "Body&SOUL," which began in '96, propelled his name beyond NY to the world.
He has released superb re-edited works under the name Mr. K. Following the explosive hit of Soul Central's "Strings Of Life (Danny Krivit Re-Edit)," a rework of Derrick May's cover, he gained widespread support and recognition, releasing numerous records and CDs.
This is a rare opportunity to fully immerse yourself in his performance, a culmination of the art form of DJing, as he reaches the zenith of his career.
The lineup of co-performers is also exceptionally豪華: Dazzle Drums, DJ NORI, and MURO.
The tour is scheduled to visit Nagoya on August 4th, followed by Sapporo, Tokyo, and Sendai.
