Biei Single Origin Milk
This milk, sourced from Biei Town in Hokkaido after visiting over 40 dairy farms nationwide, offers a light yet rich milky flavor.

Salted Caramel
The deep, caramelized notes of the burnt caramel are perfectly complemented by "mo-shio" (sea salt) produced from Setouchi seawater.
A hint of caramel bitterness and the saltiness of the mo-shio create a sophisticated salted caramel ice cream for adults.

HiO ICE CREAM began producing ice cream at its Jiyugaoka, Tokyo atelier in April 2019.
In the fall of 2020, the brand initiated the setup of a new production line, "Factory Batch," to bring its delicious craft ice cream to a wider audience. The two flavors now available at Lawson are produced on this line.

The cups for products made here feature a smiling face illustration, symbolizing the brand's name: "Hi" (陽) represents nature's blessings and the commitment to drawing out the inherent quality of ingredients, while "O" (輪) signifies the precious time spent with loved ones and the desire to pass on this joy to future generations. The smile embodies the hope of weaving a circle of happiness.

HiO ICE CREAM
With the brand mission "MAKE HAPPY ICE CREAM MORE THAN EVER," HiO ICE CREAM, a craft ice cream maker, was founded in April 2019.
The "Atelier," a glass-walled workshop nestled along a tree-lined path in the quiet residential area of Jiyugaoka, Tokyo, includes a scoop shop. Here, visitors can watch artisans craft ice cream while they enjoy their treat, offering a unique glimpse into the production process.
The online shop offers curated BOXes of mini cups, perfect for a personal indulgence or a gift, as well as a subscription service called "Pint Club." Pint Club delivers a monthly assortment of two pint-sized (473ml) flavors, designed for sharing and enjoying together.
