Palace Hotel Tokyo Hosts Special Tasting Event "Restaurant KEI" with Chef Kei Kobayashi, Owner-Chef with Two Consecutive Michelin Stars

Palace Hotel Tokyo is hosting a special tasting event, "Restaurant KEI," featuring Chef Kei Kobayashi, the owner-chef who has earned two consecutive Michelin stars. The event will be held for two days only, August 10th (Fri) and 11th (Sat), 2018, at the French restaurant "Crown."

Restaurant KEI, located in the heart of Paris, has captivated the city's gourmands since its opening in 2011, earning one Michelin star for five consecutive years starting in 2012.

Since 2017, it has been awarded two Michelin stars for two consecutive years, a first for a foreign owner-chef, and Chef Kobayashi is considered by many to be the closest to achieving three stars.

For this exclusive two-day event, Palace Hotel Tokyo will present special dishes crafted by Chef Kobayashi, using seasonal ingredients meticulously selected from both Japan and abroad, presented as exquisite culinary art.

Gaze out at the lush greenery of Marunouchi from "Crown" and perhaps indulge in an elegant moment, reminiscing about the streets of Paris.
