Joël Robuchon presents new breads that evoke the feeling of summer.

La Boutique de Joël Robuchon (Ebisu Garden Place, Roppongi Hills, Marunouchi Brick Square) and Le Pain de Joël Robuchon (Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs, NEWoMan Shinjuku) have launched their new summer breads starting Monday, June 3, 2019.

Featuring five new items, including breads made with seasonal summer fruits.

The new offerings include: 'Natsumikan Milk French,' a milk bread filled with a lightly sweetened butter cream mixed with natsumikan puree and fruit; 'Brioche Ananas Coco,' a brioche featuring sautéed fresh pineapple with Tahitian vanilla and coconut cream; 'Croissant Chocolat Orange,' a croissant with layers of chocolate and French orange peel dough; 'Citron Baguette,' a baguette dough baked with lemon peel paste and Setouchi lemon peel; and 'Iberico Pork Chorizo Focaccia,' a focaccia with the savory, salty flavor of chorizo, perfect with chilled wine or beer. These five varieties are now available.
