A Historic Bathhouse Meets Music and Projection Mapping: "Dance Bathhouse" Event
The buzzworthy event that took place in January at a long-established Asakusa bathhouse is back! More heated than the bathwater, perhaps?
The novel festival, "Dance Bathhouse," will be held on Wednesday, June 14th.
This is the "silent festival" currently gaining attention, where wireless headphones are used with a sound system, transforming any location into a high-fidelity, high-volume club without noise concerns.
The "Dance Bathhouse" will be held at Hinode-yu, a historic bathhouse founded in the early Meiji era.
This unique event features two stages, one on the men's bath floor and one on the women's, allowing attendees to dance to their heart's content before relaxing in a cypress bathtub filled with hot water.
This time, they will also be implementing "Furo-jection Mapping," a play on projection mapping.
