The Father's Day gift, "Fukagawa Porcelain Guinomi and Merveilleux Truffle Set," available for pre-order starting June 9 (Tuesday), is a limited release exclusively for the Tokyo Midtown store.

To deliver a moment of bliss to hardworking fathers, this set includes "two types of guinomi cups in the Fukagawa style," produced only in small quantities each year, and "four types of Merveilleux truffles" created in collaboration with the pâtissier from "shodai bio nature," a patisserie that prioritizes natural ingredients, minimizing artificial colorings and chemical flavorings.

The "two types of guinomi cups" feature a "classic checkered design, easy to use for both daily life and special occasions," and a "rust technique that is both ancient and innovative."

Additionally, the "four types of Merveilleux truffles" are a set of original truffle chocolates and bonbonnières decorated with patterns from Meiji-era design drafts left by Fukagawa Porcelain's founder, Chuji, rendered using a dyeing technique.

Purchases can be made in-store or by phone starting June 9 (Tuesday). The set is limited to 15 pieces and will be available until sold out.

Two Types of Guinomi Cups
Names: (Left) Ichimatsu Hitosuji Guinomi
(Right) Kuro-sabi Kodai Guinomi
The checkered pattern in vermilion red on the elegant translucent white porcelain and the innovative black rust technique create a design that is both ancient and novel. Each piece is meticulously finished by artisans. The base's 'kōdai' (foot) and the gently rounded shape enhance the aroma and flavor of sake, allowing for a delicious experience.

Merveilleux Truffles
Four types of original truffle chocolates from "shodai bio nature," which emphasizes natural ingredients, and bonbonnières decorated with patterns from Meiji-era design drafts left by the founder, Chuji, using a dyeing technique.
