Launching the "WE ALL HUMAN Project" to foster a society where everyone can live and work authentically.

The "WE ALL HUMAN Project," aiming to foster a society where everyone can live and work authentically, launched on Monday, July 19, 2021.

Triggered by the global spread of COVID-19, the project acknowledges how the "taken-for-granted" aspects of daily life have shifted, leading to more diverse values regarding how we live and work. It aims to create a society where everyone can live and work authentically, unbound by roots such as race, nationality, age, or gender.
Rugby player Michael Leitch has been appointed as the project captain.

[Project Captain Michael Leitch's Comment]
I've often contemplated "differences" and have searched for answers over many years.
However, rather than overthinking our "differences," ultimately, we are all human and "the same."
I resonated with the spirit of the WE ALL HUMAN PROJECT and agreed to serve as its captain.
The world is changing rapidly, but precisely because of this, I want to explore new ways of living together with all of you.

Letters from the Future: Six Individuals, Including Artists and Comedians, Share Their Visions of Their Ideal Selves

As the first initiative, six individuals—including project captain Michael Leitch, artists, and comedians who have embarked on new challenges in recent years—have written letters from their "future selves" to their "present selves," aiming to inspire contemplation of one's ideal future. These letters can be read through transit advertising.

[Overview of the "WE ALL HUMAN PROJECT"]
The recent spread of COVID-19 has altered the "taken-for-granted" aspects of daily life and diversified our values. While many are reflecting on their lives, thinking "things can't go on like this" or "I want to change how I live and work," a significant number may not have taken concrete steps.
This project aims to realize a society where everyone can live and work authentically by supporting those who wish to change, providing skills to navigate the times regardless of race, nationality, age, or gender, and respecting and coexisting with diversifying values.
