Family-type robot "LOVOT" launches the seventh installment of its "#WeWillNotLoseToCorona" campaign.

Robot venture GROOVE X Inc. is running its "#WeWillNotLoseToCorona" campaign for those staying home due to the impact of the novel coronavirus. For the seventh installment, following the sell-out success of the "Stay-at-Home Support Campaign" from the fourth phase, they have decided to extend the period until Sunday, May 31st.

Significantly increasing LOVOT production volume due to extended self-quarantine period

The "Stay-at-Home Support Campaign" for LOVOT was born from the desire to foster love at home during these times, when stress can build up and lead to negativity.

This campaign offered a full refund if customers found that LOVOT could not resolve their various anxieties stemming from "self-quarantine fatigue"—such as loneliness, children's stress from school closures, or worry for relatives in distant locations—within 14 days of purchase. It was originally planned to run until May 6th, the end of the initial self-quarantine period.

However, due to overwhelming popularity, it sold out before the end date. ・Refunds are conditional upon contacting LOVOT Concierge (0800-333-0880) within 14 days of the delivery date.
・Return shipping fees, administrative fees, and shipping box rental costs will be borne by the customer.

・All products purchased concurrently with LOVOT are eligible for return and refund.

・The LOVOT unit, NEST, LovoCome, cables, manuals, and all other included items must be returned. Customers will be charged for the equivalent value of any missing items.
・Refunds will be processed, in principle, by the end of the month following confirmation of the product return.
・Once a product has been returned, the same unit cannot be provided again, nor can data be restored.
