The "Tile Access Point" constantly searches for "Tile" devices and communicates with the server, expanding the "Tile" community of users in 230 countries and regions worldwide, thereby increasing the probability of finding lost items. In December 2019, it was also introduced to approximately 20,000 "JapanTaxi Tablets" nationwide, operating as "moving Tile Access Points."

Going forward, by installing access points in locations prone to lost and found items, such as stations and airports, Tile aims to fulfill its mission of "eliminating the time, resources, and frustration associated with searching for lost items."
