The next-generation AI earphones, "GLIDiC AI +u Buds," have arrived from SB C&S's AI product brand, "GLIDiC AI."
General sales began on August 18, 2026, at various online shops including Toretoku! SoftBank Selection, and
starting September 4, they will also be available at SoftBank shops nationwide.
Equipped with an original AI-powered advice feature, the earphones go beyond simply recording audio, transcribing it, and summarizing it.
They are a new business tool that supports continuous skill improvement for individuals and enhances the quality of team meetings.
During the early bird sale on Makuake, which concluded at the end of June 2026, many voices expressed high expectations for their practical utility in business scenarios, such as "recording meeting content," "organizing interview materials," and "streamlining minute-taking."

Not only does the AI automatically transcribe and summarize, but it also provides specific advice such as "extracting issues" and "improving communication methods" based on accumulated data.

Audio recording is possible in various situations through three approaches: the earphone body, a slim recorder, and a dedicated app.

Recorded data is managed in a domestic cloud environment, and information leakage is prevented through mechanisms such as encrypting audio and text data during transmission.
Input data is used solely for generating responses to the user and is never utilized for AI model training.
