A Must-Read for Men! Gift-Giving Tips for Women from Kubokawa
1. The Basics of Gift Selection: Points to Consider
— Easy to carry for women, with a manageable size and weight.
— Items that can be easily incorporated into the recipient's daily life.
— Not excessively expensive.
By keeping these three points in mind, you're unlikely to go wrong with your gift selection.
If a gift is too expensive, it can make the recipient feel hesitant or awkward.
Considering the context of White Day, items ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand yen would strike a good balance.
2. Intermediate Level: Nail these points to avoid mistakes!
If you know the recipient's hobbies and preferences, you have a wide range of choices. However,
if you're unsure of their tastes, it's better to opt for consumable items like bath salts, bath oils, or candles, rather than gifts that leave a lasting impression.
3. Advanced Level: Gifts that truly please women
If you can choose a gift that has some connection, however small, to the recipient, I believe they will be even more delighted.
For example, for a woman who primarily works at a desk, consider a pen she can use daily or an eye pillow to soothe tired eyes.
For a woman who loves to travel, perhaps bath salts from a faraway land. If you can select something related to their lifestyle,
they will surely appreciate the thought and time you put into choosing the gift.
