The basic program at FITLABO×4: Rebuild your body from the inside by training your cells.
The RUN & WALK program, where just 30 minutes of walking can yield the effects of two hours of exercise, is designed to be accessible and efficient for everyone from beginners to advanced trainees, utilizing self-powered treadmills.
During running or walking in the room, staff will measure your blood oxygen levels every five minutes to control your training. This RUN & WALK program, the most fundamental aerobic exercise, transforms your body from the inside by training and activating your cells.
② STUDIO PROGRAM
Achieve the ideal body balance and flexibility.
When considering starting exercise, aerobic activities like walking and running often come to mind first. However, the studio program focuses on the next steps: improving flexibility, recovery ability, and basal metabolism, as well as stress relief through enjoyable exercise. These programs are designed to balance the body and lead to a more stable life, with enhanced effectiveness in the high-altitude space.
③ PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Customized one-on-one training for each individual's ideal physique.
To approach your ideal physique, it's essential to assess each person's physical condition and perform appropriate training tailored to their goals.
