Released February 10: Dr. Scholl's introduces a soap that exfoliates with every wash! New product: "Foot Scrub Soap."

Reckitt Benckiser Japan Co., Ltd. will begin sequential in-store sales from Monday, February 10, 2020, for "Foot Scrub Soap," a product designed to exfoliate dead skin on the soles of the feet with every wash, from the comprehensive foot and leg care brand "Dr. Scholl's," loved in over 100 countries worldwide.

Dryness and calluses on the heels are the most common foot concerns for women in their 30s and 40s.
Various factors contribute to this, including the decrease in skin moisture content with age, long-term engagement in jobs requiring prolonged standing or extensive walking for sales, and the strain on feet from consistently wearing pumps or leather shoes for work. Specifically, heel calluses account for 26%*2 of foot concerns, making them the undisputed number one among foot-related issues.
Dr. Scholl's, a specialist in foot care, recommends a routine of cleansing the feet, removing dead skin, and then thoroughly moisturizing. A consumer survey conducted by Dr. Scholl's revealed that over 60%*3 of respondents only moisturize their soles and heels with body cream, and nearly 80%*4 expressed dissatisfaction with their current methods, citing issues like "it comes back quickly" and "moisturizing effects don't last."
Furthermore, over 60%*5 of those who do engage in callus care indicated that they prefer to complete the process for their soles and heels in under 3 minutes per session, highlighting a desire to minimize the time spent on this task.

The newly launched "Foot Scrub Soap" is a soap that exfoliates dead skin with every wash, formulated with plant-derived scrub ingredients from apricot seeds, callus-softening agents, and moisturizers. It can be applied directly to the soles of the feet while bathing, making it an ideal product for those who wish to minimize the time spent on foot care.
Additionally, by using the included net to lather the soap, it creates a fine, rich foam that effectively reaches between the toes.
Washing the soles of the feet removes dirt that can cause odor.
